Monday, September 23, 2024

Access4, the leading Unified Communication-as-a-Service (UCaaS) provider, has announced the winners of its 2024 ANZ Partner Awards during a gala dinner staged last week as part of the company’s annual conference in Queenstown, New Zealand.

The Access4 partner of the year awards recognise the organisation’s top performing partners for their contributions in driving revenue growth, signing new customers and supporting customer deployments which delivered exceptional results.

Among the awards were those honouring the top performers in each tier of Access4’s Advantage Partner Program. These awards recognised partners achieving a combination of the highest growth rate and net new monthly recurring revenue. The 2024 award winners are:

Best Gold Tier Partner - Simplicity IT (based in Sydney)

Best Platinum Tier Partner - Comunet (based in Adelaide)

Best Diamond/Diamond+ Tier Partner - Plan B (based in Auckland)

Best Diamond++ (or higher) Tier Partner - BayCom ICT (based in Auckland)

Along with the partner tier awards, a number of other deal-based and national awards were announced. WA-based Solutions IT won the Most Innovative Deal of the Year award following its work in navigating the overhaul of a telephony system in a complex faith-based school environment, with OHS requirements for phones in all classrooms. Solutions IT worked with a very small decision-making window to deploy Access4's Microsoft Teams Flex solution, which met the client's requirements on functionality and price point.

This year’s Deal of the Year award was won by Sydney-based communications solution provider, Chyma, following its work with a national real estate franchise that was looking to standardise vendor offerings including voice, has aggressive growth ambitions, as well as very unique integration requirements. The solution delivered met the customer’s integration requirements and built a model that benefited everyone in the value chain.

Brisbane-headquartered Essential Tech was honoured as Best New Partner due to its fast growth since signing with Access4 at the start of FY24.

Plan B was also named as New Zealand Partner of the Year and Unite Networx, a communications service provider headquartered in Wagga Wagga, New South Wales, was named as Australian Partner of the Year. These awards recognised Plan B and Unite Networx as the top performing Access4 partner in New Zealand and Australia respectively, not only by monthly recurring revenue, but also by year-on-year growth.

“We extend our congratulations to all of our 2024 award recipients and express our gratitude to the entire partner network across Australia and New Zealand for their ongoing support,” said Access4 Managing Director, Tim Jackson. “Their contributions have been instrumental in driving significant momentum and strengthening relationships with customers, while delivering top-tier voice and unified communications solutions to the ANZ market.
