Kore.ai Accelerates ANZ Presence Appointing Richard Oldham as Head of Pre-Sales and Technology ANZ

Kore.ai, a leader in enterprise conversational and generative AI platform technology, today announced the appointment of Richard Oldham as Head of Pre-Sales and Technology for Australia and New Zealand further advancing the company’s presence in the region.

Based in Sydney, Oldham will be responsible for supporting business growth by providing pre-sales customer technical support and working closely with channel partners to realize the value from customer deployment of Kore.ai optimal conversational experiences.

At the same time, he will work with Kore.ai’s global technical teams to facilitate skill sharing and training, and co-ordinate projects that span the region and support the company’s program for a unified global technical support strategy.

Oldham has more than two decades of IT industry experience during which time he has developed and supported a broad portfolio of technology solutions to directly address business outcomes. During this time he has worked in organisations ranging from small start-ups to multi-national companies.

Oldham was previously Senior Solutions Consultant at Huawei Technologies where he drove cross-portfolio solution selling through expert consultative support on Huawei's full portfolio of enterprise products and services.

Prior, he also worked for Cisco Systems for more than 15 years in several senior software and engineering roles before being appointed Solutions Practice Architect where he was responsible for working with local, regional and global teams to orchestrate the delivery of repeatable and scalable business offerings across engineering, marketing, sales, services and partners teams.
