Prvidr, a leading Customer Lifecycle Management Platform for the subscription economy, today announced it has signed a new three-year contract with telecoms operator, Yomojo, underlying both companies’ commitment to providing robust consumer and business mobile, broadband and voice products using Prvidr’s advanced technology.
Yomojo has been a valued customer of Prvidr since 2015 and this extended agreement marks a significant step in their ongoing relationship, reflecting the trust and satisfaction which Yomojo has in Prvidr’s subscription management platform to deliver continuous innovation.
Yomojo currently offers a range of telecommunications services to consumers and small businesses, including mobile, mobile broadband, wireless home broadband, and plans on expanding its product offering to include telephony, fixed and business internet services.
Recently acquired by telco veteran, James Linton, Yomojo has a solid customer base having operated since 2015, and with Linton’s ownership, is now poised to become a leading Australian full-service telecoms service provider. Linton’s previous experience in taking a startup telecoms operator to an almost $200m per year in revenue has helped him identify the recipe for success, including the need for robust technology to underpin critical operations.
In a strategy aimed at propelling its ongoing growth, Yomojo will now deploy the new PrvidrGo all-on-one, subscription management, low code integration platform enabling it to launch, scale, deliver and manage any subscription services, including mobile, NBN and other fibre networks, and VoIP as well as to expand into the B2B sector.
The decision to select Prvidr was a based on a thorough competitive technical and commercial evaluation and a realisation that platforms can significantly inhibited growth.
“Throughout Yomojo’s partnership with Prvidr, it’s been clear that they really understand customer experience and technology innovation and we concluded that migrating from their legacy platform to the new PrvidrGo platform will be transformational like changing from VHS to Netflix,” says James Linton, CEO, Yomojo.

Describing the relative difference between the platforms Linton said, “they both might allow you to watch a movie, however Netflix offers so many more features and functionality it’s really a totally new experience.”
PrvidrGo will allow Yomojo to manage its entire customer lifecycle using a single platform. Everything from initial onboarding to plan selection and subscription management will now be completed with little to no human intervention.
“I’m particularly excited that the new contract will allow Yomojo to take advantage of Prvidr’s new PrvidrGo platform,” says Linton. “PrvidrGo comprises powerful CRM and billing modules purpose-built for managing subscriptions as well as giving us the ability to onboard new partners and products much more seamlessly than I was able to do in the past, reducing our time to market and letting us respond to market changes and trends much more quickly.”
Automation and APIs
Linton says the automation and API capabilities offered by PrvidrGo are also what make it stand out in a competitive market landscape. This will allow the company to broaden its service portfolio to include offerings such as broadband services and home phone replacement services via Voice over IP (VoIP) connections. The company also has plans to increase its share of the business telephony and broadband markets.
Prvidr CEO, David Joss, says, “We are excited to continue and deepen our partnership with Yomojo as it scales up its operations across Australia. At the same time, we look forward to continuing to help Yomojo deliver great customer experiences as well as sustained growth in the years ahead in what will be a particularly exciting period for the company.” Linton says, “Prvidr has really been the circulatory system for our business,” say Linton. “We simply could not operate without it as it underpins everything we do and PrvidrGo will support supercharging growth moving forward.”
